HOW DOES FLEX CHILD CARE SERVICE WORK?

The Child Care Service offered by Flex Care Company, LLC is a one stop shop. We handle screening of child care providers for all of your needs. Our screening process includes re-occurring FBI/BCIs background checks, drug screenings, car inspections, driving record checks, as well as appropriate first aid and CPR trainings. Once your family is registered, you have access to this amazing network of quality child care professionals.

WHAT ARE THE AGES ALLOWED FOR USING FLEX CHILD CARE SERVICES?

Our services are for children of all ages. Typically for a service like this, the age range goes from infant to age 12. Please contact us if you are unsure or have questions about if your child and family is a good fit.

WHAT AREA DOES FLEX CARE SERVE?

Currently we services families in Northern Ohio. We are expanding, please contact us to see if we offer services in your area!

WHAT IF I NEED MORE OR LESS TIME THAN I SCHEDULED? 

If you booked for more time than needed, we will issue a refund of the excess (must be a minimum of 2 hours). If you don't receive your refund within 5 business days please let us know. If you need more child care time than originally booked, please give as much notice as possible and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

WHEN ARE PAYMENTS DUE?

For services that are not recurring, payment is due at the time of booking. Due dates for recurring custom plans are the Monday in the week prior to when the service is needed. For Kidsurance due dates, please check your plan details.

HOW MUCH IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?

Our registration process includes a one time fee of $199.00 per family. After submitting your registration fee you will gain immediate access to the registration packet which includes a questionnaire/ registration document that must be returned and a parent packet with everything you need to know.

WHAT IF I HAVE A SPECIAL REQUEST?

We offer child care for many situations including for weddings/ special events, transportation needs, long term, temporary and other situations. Please contact us to see if we can accommodate your situation.

WHAT ARE THE AGES ALLOWED FOR USING FLEX CHILD CARE SERVICES?

Our care is for children of all ages. Typically for a service like this, the age range goes from infant to age 12. Please book a phone call with us or complete the "contact us" page if you are unsure or have questions about if your child is a good fit.

WHAT ARE THE HOURS AND AVAILABILITY OF THIS CHILD CARE SERVICE?

Our providers have varying availability and are committed to providing quality care around the clock. If overnight or holiday care is needed, it can be booked with one of our nannies for additional fees.

WILL MY FAMILY BE ASSIGNED THE SAME PROVIDER?

We give you the opportunity to request your preferred provider based on availability. Therefore, having the same provider when your family books, will depend on the provider's availability as well as your family's needs.

IF MY REGULAR PROVIDER IS NOT AVAILABLE, WILL MY SERVICE REQUEST BE CANCELLED?

The great thing about this service, is that you will never have to worry about not having care available. We make sure that you always have a great provider when you need them!

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY?

We offer full refunds on registration fees within 72 hours of submission.

There may be a fee associated with cancelling a service with less than 24 hour notice. We ask that you always give us as much notice as possible.
